A self-care advocate and practitioner, Blondy’s coaching methods encompass the mind, body, and soul and this recently landed her an interview with Oprah. She helps her clients focus on goals and needs they have ignored so that they can improve their quality of life.
Blondy holds a masters degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology and also provides leadership training.
