I provide line dance instructions and can do an open dance session where I just play music after the instructions for a full night of fun!
Caitlin is one of the most patient instructors who wants all her students to be successful and confident in their ability to line dance to any song they choose. Caitlin is a very seasoned line dance instructor so if you know your stuff and you want to go to the next level she is your girl. I highly recommend her for any event special occasion or gig you may have coming up.
I'm not much of a dancer myself but Caitlin is able to break the dance down into smaller steps so it's not so hard!
Caitlin was amazing and had everyone dancing! We really enjoyed learning all of the dances she had for us. She did some older ones and some newer ones. She also doesn't charge a lot to where you are risking an arm and a leg. She was very considerate of us.
Price Range: $100-400
Gig Length: 60 - 180 minutes

I have all of my own equipment and table. I have my own playlists but they can be tailored to a specific genre. I typically teach anywhere from 3-5 dances in one hour. I like to do an open dance floor for the remaining hour(s) mixed in with a few more instructional dances to break up to music. I typically use the open dance floor time to teach any requested dances.
I am born and raised in Boone, NC but currently based out of Eastern Tennessee/Western North Carolina. I started line dancing about 1.5 years ago and decided to start instructing in November 2023. I recently just got into competitive line dancing since June 2024. I love to travel to line dance and learn new advanced dances. I enjoy posting videos of those new dances on TikTok. I believe line dancing is becoming popular again and I want it to be a statement activity in NC and TN.
I just need to have enough space for me to move around while dancing (about a 5' by 5' space is good). Also, would need enough space to fit a 4-5ft table for my music equipment. I only need one single outlet to run everything. I can typically lower the price if your venue already has the equipment.
This can be tailored to include any songs and dances you prefer/request. Some of the ones that I play during the open dance sessions include: cotton eyed joe, copperhead road, biker shuffle, cupid shuffle, electric slide, footloose, watermelon crawl, etc. I like to play a lot of the classics but I also like to include newer ones that are easy to catch onto.

Atleast a 5' by 5' space to move around in while instructing.
