BOW TIE EVENTS by Sandy
We PRIDE ourselves in the QUALITY SERVICE provided to you. Top Notch Professionals who require little to no direction. Serving high Celebrities as well as casual house parties. Dress code is Black button up top, black slacks, black shoes & belt and of course our signature BOWTIE. (Unless otherwise requested)
I'm unsure where the disconnect occurred. I paid a deposit for three servers, made arrangements for arrival and expectations. They never arrived, would not answer my call or texts. Pretty lame overall.
I booked BowTie Events to be waitstaff at my wedding. I was very unimpressed with communication. I didn't get a solid answer about who my point of contact was until 2 days before the event. Even when I got the contact there was so response from the number provided. Finally the night before the event I got a phone call. I'm already wrapped up in the wedding weekend and did not have time to catch them up to speed the day before. I'm thankful they did an okay job during the event with clearing plates and helping a good amount. The communication could have been a lot better.
I went ahead and booked bow tie events by Sandy for my Graduation party. Sandy stopped responding to me shortly after sending my deposit of $207.50. I am unable to reach her as well as gig-salad themselves. DO NOT BOOK🚨
It is always a pleasure working with Sandy’s team. They were very professional and accommodating and helped a lot. We truly appreciate the help. Can’t wait to work with you again.

We had a Super Bowl bash with a planned 75 people at our house, turned into around 90 people. Sandy had staffed me with one bartender and one waitstaff, and that was absolutely the best decision We ever made!!!! Jonas and Ru arrived early and setup. Both are bartenders, but Ru took on more of the waitstaff duties, but backfilled as 2nd bartender when the party got started as the line to our bar was getting heavy. But once the party settled in and the game started, Ru spent most of the time helping us with sliders, tacos and wings! Ru went over and above as we were getting low on bar glasses. He started rounding up abandoned glasses and washing them. Jonas and Ru did SOOO much absolutely unasked. Ru also jumped in and helped with our massive wings cooking...flipping them and getting them to platters. These guys just did whatever needed to be done. Trash, cleaning, etc. It was the very first large party (over 90 football fans) we ever had where my girlfriend and I could actually spend a few minutes enjoying it and mingling with our guests. SOOO many of our guests commented on how great these guys were and asked how they could get them for their own parties. Sandy was absolutely fantastic to work with and helped me with inventory pre-event, making sure I had everything we needed. She even sent "unasked" a bunch of champagne flutes that ended up saving us as we did not anticipate so many champagne drinkers. Just a GREAT experience and fantastic staff! Thank you Sandy, Jonas and Ru. I was still too busy to take any pictures (since I handled most of the meat cooking), but if my girlfriend took some I will update this post with them. 85-90 people with full service bar, champagne, beer, 25 pounds of wings, 20 pounds of sliders and 20 pounds of chicken for tacos...it was a small-medium sized wedding event equivalent. The team handled it like champs. We won't have another party without them...small or large. Worth every penny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We recently contracted BowTie Events for a 50th Birthday party. We were very pleased with the upfront communication and contracting process through GigSalad. The process was simple and BowTie Events provided a great experience. Sabrina arrived on schedule, we went through the set-up and expectations. She was wonderful with our guests, very friendly and fun. She also kept an eye on the food by making sure everything stayed well supplied and hot. We also took note that she went around and cleaned up plates and tidy up throughout the evening. We will most definitely use BowTie events again! We couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Gigsalad- what a great service. Having quality companies, like BowTie events on the platform. The BowTie team showed up early, professional, courteous, and provided the service we needed for our private Burgundian wine tasting event. I will use them again.

My bride and I were so thankful for the outstanding work by Sandy and her team. We had about 100 guests and the waitstaff was able to keep up with all of our needs. They were at the venue on-time and jumped right in with getting the food ready. They handled cake cutting and kept the tables clean and plates refilled, then kept everyone's glass filled for our champagne toast. Anything that came up was handled quickly and with very limited direction needed. We would absolutely use Bowtie Events by Sandy again for any event where we need professional, experienced helpers.

Sandys staff were the best staff I ever hired. They showed up early to get things situated and organized. I didn’t have to do anything but enjoy my party as I was a guest.
