As a performer, songwriter, cover artist and producer, I've had many auspicious highlights in my career. I've had the honor of playing the Blue Bird Cafe in Nashville Tennessee. Signed in 2015 by Ignited Entertainment out of Atlanta Georgia. And wrote several songs that have become fan favorites. "Silver Lining" being the most popular.
"Silver Lining" is a song about going through a dark time in your life, we've all been there. When I wrote this song that's just what I was dealing with, a tough time in life. It was meant to help me deal with what I was facing, to tell myself. No matter what! I'll find my way, I'll find my silver lining. It's more than just words with music, really all of my songs are. I will never write a song just to write a song. Instead I let the song find me, this way the true feeling of the song comes out.
Now as much as I enjoy writing and producing music, most of my time is spent playing covers. I love to take popular songs from over the years and put my own spin on them. People love and know these songs already, so when you take the time to make them a little different people dig that. Of course there's a plus for me too! I get to perform some of the worlds greatest music and that is rewarding alone.
To sum it up! I'm not your typical musician. I write what I feel and I don't categorize myself. That can be expected with my covers as well. You'll never hear one genre of music at my show. It will be a huge variety of music.
