As we are performers with much experience, we try to totally satisfy our audience visually as well with our music. Displaying the good feeling the music gives us, our stage is alive with smiles, dancing, and grooving as we take the audience on an adventure like no other. Loaded with 4 horns, and a six piece rhythm section and vocals, we give a complete performance from top to bottom sure to please!

After a few years away from the music scene, R&B Jazz/ Funk band BREAKWATER has reunited and come back stronger than ever, ready to continue a musical journey that many felt was left unfinished. Though some missed the artistry of the band that has since been sampled by Daft Punk, as well as Kindred The Family Soul with Snoop Dogg, they were still able to establish one of the most solid, devoted, and loving fan bases that continues to exist and support them to this day.
Five of the eight original members of the Arista recording act are back- Gene Robinson Jr., Lead Vocals, Jimmy Jones, Drums/ Vocals, John "Dutch" Braddock, Percussion, Greg Scott Woodwinds/Vocals, and Steve Green, Bass/ Vocals have come together for a second go-round of Funk, great love songs and jazz grooves that made them a regular on the music scene here in the region and places near and far.
Happy to be back- armed with new songs and solid grooves, Breakwater has set out to satisfy the thirst of those devoted followers as well as bringing in a whole new listening audience of those who just never got the chance to experience their unique mix of R&B jazz funk featuring top notch horns, easy melodies, and pulsating grooves.

Breakwater Tour Performance Rider

1. Technical requirements: the purchaser shall provide all backline, sound, and lighting requirements at no cost to the artist, as outlined in the technical attachments to this rider. Substitutions cannot be made without prior approval from Artist’s production manager.
2. Soundcheck: a minimum 30-minute sound check is mandatory and to be completed by the artist prior to doors opening. The artist will not perform without a complete sound check when possible.
3. Laborers: the purchaser shall provide stagehands for the load-in, set-up, teardown, and load-out. This personnel shall consist of all essential persons required to operate facilities, I.E…loaders, riggers, electricians, forklift operators, etc. Purchaser shall be responsible for acquiring all union clearances and correspondence that may be required for the usage of said laborers.
4. Payments artists: all payments must be made to an authorized representative no later than one (1) hour prior to performance in cash or certified funds.
5. Productions: one (1) room must be clean and well-lit. The door must be lockable, key given to al. Please provide the
Room with two (2) tables and four (4) chairs.
6. Dressing rooms: two) (2) dressing rooms. Must be clean and sanitized, have lockable doors, full-length mirrors, comfortable seating, private toilet facilities, clothes racks and sufficient lighting to be set up two (2) hours prior to
