I got a little carried away and went seriously over budget while renovating a flip house. Since I made so many high-end improvements I realized I had to ask more than others for a small house. I realize that the only way that this project would work favorably was if I was able to convince potential buyers to actually come to the house in person. That's when I realized that I needed Brian's expertise. Brian came out and took some great photos. Unfortunately, some of my workers hadn't finished up on time so Brian had to go back again. He took even better photos. After we posted his photos we had 7 scheduled showings on the first day. Less than 24 hours later I had an offer which after some negotiation I accepted. The house is now under contract. Don't be Penny Wise and Pound foolish. You only have one chance to make a good first impression and grab that buyer. Let Brian's talent showcase your work. Rich
