Solo accordionist for any kind of event
For the guests, Bruce was a surprise addition to the party. Live accordion music during the Schnitzel and Spaetzle and then Chicken Dancing and Polka outside on the deck was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Bruce then told a story about our birthday girl, involving origami hats (OK...just go with it...it was fun). And then amazed adult women with strips of paper, in an Escher-esque, Mobius Strips fashion, drawing on his other skills involving Math. Bruce was very flexible and easy to work with...we enjoyed his contribution to the party.
IT WAS EPIC!!!
We had to cancel the party on 6-11
Bruce was easy to book, talented, and performed exactly as we requested.
Bruce arrived early and played great. Everyone enjoyed the music.
Bruce was great! So friendly and a lovely person in addition to being a great musician. Highly recommend!!!
Bruce absolutely MADE my father's 80th birthday party. Little did we realize that after enjoying some lovely background music during dinner, my dad would get Bruce to play all his favorite oldies for a dance party and sing-along that, one week later, the party guests are still talking about. Bruce really had a feel for the crowd, and I was so touched at how attentive he was to my dad -- he stayed a few minutes longer than originally planned because everyone was having such a good time dancing, and when my dad whispered to me that he was getting a bit tired, Bruce slowed down the pace and made an easy transition to concluding the party. I am so so so very happy Bruce was able to play at our party. My dad and all of us will never forget it!!!
Bruce did such a great job! Everyone was entertained and he truley was the life of the party. Both the adults and the kids enjoyed his talents. We asked Bruce to stroll thru our grandopening and he gave us the effect we were looking for. Well worth evey penny.
We hired Bruce for a Family Oktoberfest at our Library. He did a fantastic job playing background music for part of the event and then participated in a storytime and parade for children. He knows how to read the atmosphere and plays accordingly. Very friendly and professional also. We look forward to working with him again.
Bruce plays at our Oktoberfest every year and I do not think we could hold a party without him anymore! He is dependable, personable, reasonably priced AND an excellent accordion player! We cannot say enough good about him.
We hired Bruce for an Oktober-Fest Party at our local bar. He went above and beyond our expectations. He played German drinking music and got the crowd involved in his songs! Overall he enhanced our party and made the night of many customers!
Bruce is a wonderful musician, but above all a truly soulful person. I was looking for some sounds of home, some 6000 miles away from it, and he was more than willing to play them. He even learned a new piece of not so simple music to play at our wedding ceremony. He was always prompt, flexible, and interested in our needs. I would highly recommend him!
Bruce played a dinner in the Baker-Bird Wine Cellar, a historic winery in Augusta, Kentucky. I was so impressed with his professionalism. Because, he left early from his home, he was able to arrive early to the event depite getting through three car accidents. His costume was spotless and he looked great. He was able to judge the audience's mood and play to it. The guest enjoyed his music tremedously. I look forward to seeing Bruce play again. I highly recommend Bruce.
Bruce is a very talented musician with a huge heart! Prior to our event, he was willing to meet with us and discuss what we wanted for our ceremony music and how to set the perfect tone for our day with music. He made fantastic suggestions and was even willing to learn special pieces of music to make our day memorable for us and our guests. He is very gifted at the accordion and is a fun person to be around. He responded quickly to all communication and was extremely patient and kind. He was an integral part of setting the European mood for our ceremony!! Skip the boring strings and hire Bruce for your event - you will enjoy working with him so much!!!
Bruce provided the entertainment for my father's birthday party. He was prompt and professional. He had asked for a playlist from my father beforehand and it was amazing the number of songs he knew. My entire family, and especially my dad, thoroughly enjoyed Bruce's accordion playing. He also had a wonderful personality which added a lot to the occasion.
