Bruce dealt with me from North Carolina to surprise my good friend in belchertown MA. She was surprised and I expect her 40th birthday will be remembered for years to come. He was professional and kind, great communication and patient. He had to drive over an hour and my friends kept be wishy washy about their plans. Trying to pull off a surprise isn’t for the weak hahaha, thanks to Bruce for all his efforts to help my friend feel special. Maybe I’ll make this an annual tradition 😜
