Permanent tattoo for an evets must be booked 40 days in advance. Permanent tattoos are only available for guests who are 16+ or older. (Minor must have legal gradian present and proper ID at the time of tattoo. E.g. birth certificate, gradian's ID & minor's state or school ID.) Permanent tattoo events are only available in the state of Michigan.
