I hired for Waitstaff services. I spoke to the manager over the phone and provided him with a deposit. The day of the even he texts me saying I need to zelle him money as he is having transport issues. Before when we scheduled him he said he lives 10 minutes away, but the day of the event he informed me he was in a city that was around 1 hr 20 minutes. I told him I will provide him with his transport money when he comes. He said he was getting ready to come and then 1 hour before the event he said he cannot come. He told me he would give me my deposit back but after mulitple phone calls and texts he still has not refunded me.
