I am a highly experienced career services, success strategies and resume building workshop coach as well as a motivational speaker and team building workshop facilitator. With over 5 years of professional experience as a career coach, resume bootcamp instructor and professor in success strategies classes for students and professionals, my passion in this field has led me to begin my Ph.D in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University, where I am currently a Program Advisor for the Ph.D program in Psychology.
Cassi was a good facilitator - we wish we would have more time to dedicate to having her with us. In the future we would allot additional time as 1.5 hours didn't feel like enough time to "dig in". She worked well adapting to our small group and got a feel for where the group was at.
