After reviewing your event needs we may have additional questions which can be answered in our pre-program questionnaire.
Set-up and break-down time are important considerations for any event.
If travel is required, air and hotel accommodations should be discussed as well as travel rates/billable hours.
For example, It will help us to have an audience profile overview (employees only, employees + guest, families, children, age range, etc etc). It will also help to understand your event set-up (if it's a workshop will it be classroom style or round tables etc).
A 50% deposit is required 10 days prior to your event upon terms agreement and the balance is due on the day of your event.

Is this a press/media driven event and do you need press/media photos taken (lighting, hair & makeup is important here)
Is this a "support" event of any kind (animals, charity, fund raisers, etc)
Will pets be at the event or featured at the event? Will there be plenty of food, shade, heating/cooling, water, etc for them
If this is an educational event do you need pens/notepads, etc.
