The trio group with Chamber Music Unlimited and Beverly were very professional, dependable and flexible, as they accommodated all my request and did an extraordinary job at my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. All the guest had nothing but positive response to the music and my parents were so excited to hear music the trio played. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone without any reservations.

Three days before our charity event Beverly informed us that despite still no signed contract from her, and having agreed to accept a business check, she needed funds immediately and would cancel our performers unless we went to her bank with a money order or to her office with cash. She bragged to us that she once made a bride take up collections before starting the ceremony because the bride left her purse in her hotel and Beverly, as she told us, "always gets (her) pay." When we insisted on the signed contract she revoked our right to pay by check and demanded cash in her office. When we declined she informed us we were not a good fit for her firm. Despite having only 3 days we were deeply concerned about the financial solvency of this firm and found a different firm who could meet our needs on short notice. In addition beverley copied us on an e-mail to her performers in which she was dismissive and made derogatory statements about us as customers. They turned our holiday charity event into an unhappy unpleasant and very stressful experience. We are happy to send anyone the emails she sent us to substantiate our claims. This is the last company I would want anywhere near a wedding or event.

From the start, the client was rude and derogatory to our agency and musicians, and refused to comply with the payment policies and practices of our business. Chamber Music Unlimited went over and above spending many hours procuring the finest musicians for his very last minute event request. As a side note, this speaks to the ability of our agency to locate musicians for an event requested at the last hour during a profoundly busy holiday week when most area musicians are fully booked. Several options were offered to the client as a means of taking care of the financial aspect of the booking - none of which he elected to adopt. It was unfortunate that the clients actions and refusal to comply with the payment policies of the business did not allow us to take part in an event I am sure would have been a tremendous success.
My husband and I renewed our wedding vows on our 10 year anniversary. I contacted Beverly with Chamber Music Unlimited and she helped my select a musician. She provided me with many options and connected me with just the right guitarist. Beverly responded quickly to my emails & messages and called to make sure everything was running smoothly. She connected me with guitarist James Napier who was professional and courteous as well. James and I communicated mostly through email and met the day of the event. He was on time, dressed appropriatley, and very accomodating. His guitar playing contributed to the ambience of the event. Chamber Music Unlimited and James Napier helped make my day a home run.
