I am a friendly and motiving event planner. I enjoy encouraging clients to trust me with their expectations. My job description is to remove stress from the client and make sure that do not have to worry. So far, so good. I am always communicating to make a less hassle environment.

My name is Chavakia Porter, Owner of Chavakia Event Planning & Décor. I have always had a passion to plan beautiful weddings and parties. Although a have a degree in healthcare, I didn't feel that my career dreams had been met. During my years in college, I planned and decorated events of all types. I was complimented on my talent everyday and encouraged to do put my creativity to life. Here I am now... planning and decorating events for memories that will last forever.
