When I contacted Chiara our initial talks were great. We agreed upon music and price and I felt like we were all set. On my wedding day she contacted my sister in law and informed her she was running late and would be there to set up at 4:30pm and play by 4:45pm. The contract we agreed to was that she would setup at 4:00pm and start playing at 4:30pm. Our wedding started at 5:00pm. Our coordinator kept reaching out to her to get an ETA and she ended up rolling in at 4:45pm and playing just at 5:00pm. She was so late that her harp didn't sound tuned and the notes to the songs were off. She played for all of 30 minutes and I paid $300 for what was suppose to be 1hr-1.25 hrs of playing. I was really disappointed and the processional of my wedding cannot be redone. She never apologized or reached out to refund a portion of the money since we did not get what was agreed to in the contract. She seems like a nice person but we did not get the service we agreed upon.

Response from Chiara Solar Harpist:
I'm sorry that due to circumstances beyond my control, I was so late. This is my livelihood and I take it very seriously. I generally don't contact the bride the day of the wedding. If I had the number of the coordinator I would have contacted her. Of course I wanted to help make your special day perfect and I did the best I could. If I were on time, none of these issues would have arose. Again, I'm sorry, but there was nothing I could do about it.
