There are musicians and singer songwriters who can make you hold your breath, waiting on the next seconds of their music. When you find one like that, you realize how few and how far between they are. And how much their music means to you. Chris played my wedding ceremony and was truly incredible. Chris is a perfectionist. I requested several songs for my ceremony; he practiced each one for months and played them PERFECTLY at my wedding.

If you've watched any of my video samples, this is a good representation of my style and vibe. The sample songs are songs I perform as part of my live set. To summarize, I provide high quality listening music, with clear and focused guitar, and top line vocals. I can provide music for an intimate subdued vibe, or music with the energy turned up a notch! I am well versed in different genres, and can tailor a set list to accommodate a variety of settings.
Music has always been in my DNA. From impersonating Elvis in kindergarten class, to playing my first public gigs at the age of 13, I started young and only excelled from there. After cutting my teeth in numerous bands in my teens and 20’s, I turned my attention to songwriting, and teaching guitar.
Author of over 100 songs, I have recorded two albums with groups, and two solo albums. I began teaching guitar nearly 25 years ago, and have been immersed in the online teaching industry as a producer, director and teacher for the last 10 years. An accomplished vocalist, you can find many examples of my work online in various original and cover projects.
Music production has been a passion of mine for many years. I excel in producing guitar/vocal based music, with a particular affinity for rock, blues, country and folk.
I work from my home studio in Fort Collins, CO, and I am available for hire as a guitarist, vocalist, producer, guitar teacher and performer.
I travel with a small PA system that is adequate for small and some medium sized venues. Beyond that size, I would need the sound system to be provided. I have pro gear - multiple acoustic guitars, effects and outboard gear when needed. I can also play very small gatherings (small weddings for example) with just myself and a guitar. My setup is compact, and I can usually fit in whatever space is available. I do not travel with lighting, so if lights are a concern, they will need to be provided.
