Music is the cherry-on-top for any special event! Claire Burrell Herzog is a classically-trained violinist and singer who loves to set the mood for weddings, dinner parties, fund raisers, church specials, festivals, and other occasions with the power of music.
Claire also has connections with other excellent instrumentalists and vocalists, throughout genres of bluegrass, jazz, classical, and folk. So, if a string quartet, jazz duo, eclectic band, or a choir is more what you had in mind, she's got you covered there too!
Claire did an amazing job at our wedding. We had so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the violin sounded in the church. She was very professional during the entire planning process leading up to the wedding as well. We would highly recommend her!

Claire, and the other two musicians, were fantastic at my daughters' wedding. The wedding was quite a ways for them to drive, but they arrived on time and ready to play. We hired Claire to play at our wedding. In addition to the standard pieces, we wanted her to accompany a vocalist during the processional. Claire was such a professional, always on time, worked beautifully with the vocalist to blend their two styles. It took them approximately 3 run-throughs to sound perfect. Claire was easy to communicate with, helpful with song suggestions, and all of our guests loved her. I was in awe. I would highly recommend Claire for any event.

Claire Burrell Herzog is a Springfield-local graduate of Missouri State University (Bachelor of Music Education, 2020; Master of Music, 2022). She has been a faithful student of the violin since 2003 and has been "gig-ing" since the age of 13. In the 2014 to 2015 season, she was the concertmistress for the Springfield Youth Symphony and was also their Concerto Competion winner/soloist.
Claire is an active professional violinist and classically trained singer (soprano) in the 417 community, and can help your musical vision come to life with a variety of options ranging from solo violin to jazz ensemble to bluegrass band to string quartet and many others.
In addition to performing, Claire spends her time passing on the knowledge and love of music to her voice & violin students at Evangel University.
