I'll customize a set of popular songs and write original lyrics tailored to your audience and perform it at your next event.
Perfect for tradeshows, off-sites, kickoff meetings and fundraisers.
A memorable experience for retirement parties, anniversaries, birthdays and more.
I can also emcee to create a cohesive one-stop-shop entertainment experience.
I'm a classically trained singer and accomplished actor. I've spent the last 15 years leading marketing for enterprises including GE.
Kathleen recently emceed and sang at our school’s fundraising event. She was fantastic! She engaged the crowd and kept the vibes upbeat all night long. She seamlessly flowed from announcements to auction items to singing songs she wrote. We all had so much fun! Thank you for emceeing our night!
Kathleen was a fabulous hostess and auctioneer for my daughter’s school auction fundraiser. She kept the adults entertained with hysterical song lyric re-writes about the school. She did a great job with the auction and brought a fun energy and sense of humor to the whole evening. I would highly recommend her.
Kathleen is hands down the best emcee I've ever seen! Her energy, humor, and ability to keep the crowd engaged are unmatched. She even crafts her own lyrics to everyone's favorite tunes! If you want your event to be a hit, book Kathleen—you won't regret it!
Kathleen is truly the best! She was the emcee for an auction I worked/attended. She had so much energy and set the tone for such a fun evening. She created songs specific to the event that were so good! I would highly recommend her for any event or musical need.
Kathleen did such an incredible job creating a unique and thoughtful experience for us! She is extremely talented and included some original song lyrics, sang to the tune of our favorite music. Kathleen asked all the right questions beforehand and really conducted our evening so beautifully. She’s such a professional! We had a few last minute changes and she reconfigured everything flawlessly. HIGHLY recommend Kathleen for your event!
Response from Corporate Karaoke:
Thanks so much, Kelly! You and the entire Oak Creek PTO were so wonderful to collaborate with. It was such a fun evening!
WOW! Kathleen hit the ball out of the park with her musical camp parody and song mash-up for our annual fundraising dinner. Her enthusiasm and talent shined through on stage! It was obvious Kathleen took time to thoroughly prepare her performance piece. Her performance got lots of laughs and nods of recognition and appreciation. She clearly had a solid understanding of our agency, and our audience. I can’t recommend her strongly enough!

What you can expect as my client:
1) We'll meet via Zoom or in person to discuss your event goals & objectives. We'll discuss the event objectives, the audience and your vision. We can also discuss any ideas you have for song lyrics, topics and any particular songs or genres you want to be sure I include.
2) Based on our discussion, I'll develop a proposal for services that will range from singing/performing to emceeing and the rate I'll charge. We'll agree on the timeline for my involvement and how long I'll perform. I can do anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes of singing and can emcee for up to 3 hours. For tradeshows and conferences that span multiple days, we can discuss that when we meet.
3) I'll develop a custom set of songs and original lyrics tailored to your audience. I'll also create an mp3 audio track that will be my accompaniment for the performance. If my emcee services are in scope, I will also develop spoken remarks, interview questions, and/or event intros and outros between speakers.
4) I'll show up to the event ready to roll! My performance works best when there is a professional sound system installed and I have the chance to do an audio test ahead of time. I prefer a wireless microphone.
What your audience will experience:
Expertly sung songs they recognize with lyrics made just for them. My audiences are always delighted by my reimagined pieces. They clap along to familiar melodies, but enjoy the surprises of lyrics all about their work, their organization or a cause they care about.
Corporate Karaoke combines my talents as a singer, actor, writer and corporate professional. My performances bring people together to celebrate and commiserate over work and life dramas.
I am a proud product of Oregon's performing arts community. I was the state champion soloist (Mezzo Soprano) during high school. I then headed to Northwestern University to study vocal performance and theatre. After that, I thrived in NYC's musical theatre scene, performing in regional productions and national tours. Some of the shows I've starred in include "Evita," "Into the Woods," "Titanic," and "Crazy for You." I was also a USO Liberty Belle and performed an Andrews-Sister inspired show globally for veterans and active duty military. As part of this gig, I served as an "always-on" spokesperson representing the USO.
After my time as a USO Liberty Belle, I pursued a more traditional career. I earned an MBA from the University of Texas - McCombs School of Business. I then spent 13+ years leading digital marketing and eCommerce for enterprises like GE, Elekta, Central Garden & Pet, and Oregon Tool, Inc.
With Corporate Karaoke, I leverage my unique experience to create relevant songs for the audience. I can also be an event emcee, lead panel discussions, and give keynote speeches. I can get up to speed quickly on subjects, event themes and important initiatives to provide a cohesive experience.
I have planned corporate and fundraising events for my employers, Congregation Beth Israel and the NYC Junior League. I understand the investment you are making. I'm committed to helping create a memorable and unique experience from conception to completion for all involved.

3) Sound check: I require a sound check before the event to ensure the best audio quality.
4) Lighting preferences (optional): If possible, I would appreciate adjustable stage lighting to create the desired atmosphere for my performance.
