We provide everything you need for a seamless event, including top-quality sound, lighting, and equipment, so you can focus on having a great time. Having performed at a variety of venues and events, we understand the importance of creating the right atmosphere. Our goal is to leave every guest with a smile, a sense of connection, and great memories of the night. No matter the occasion, Cover Story brings a unique energy that makes your event stand out.

We aim to make our setup as smooth as possible, but there are a few technical details to ensure the best performance:

1. Power Requirements:

We require at least two 20-amp circuits near the performance area to power our sound and lighting equipment. These circuits should be dedicated to our use to avoid any electrical issues during the show.
2. Stage Requirements:

For a full performance with our band, including drums, we ideally need a stage space of at least 16 feet wide by 12 feet deep to comfortably fit all members and equipment.
If a stage is not available, we can perform on ground level, but we will still need enough space to set up drums, amps, and other gear.
3. Sound & Lighting:

We bring our own PA system and lighting equipment, but we’ll need access to power sources near the stage for setup.
If the venue has an in-house sound system, we can work with it, but we’ll need prior communication to ensure compatibility.
4. Load-In & Setup:

We require approximately 90 minutes for load-in and setup before the event starts. Please provide clear access to the performance area to allow us to efficiently bring in our equipment.
5. Parking:

If possible, we request convenient parking for at least two vehicles close to the performance area for unloading and reloading our gear after the event.
