Mivan, I know my words of apology will not correct the no-show and my error.
Santa Cliff had driven up from Florida the day before to be one of our Santa's during the Holiday month.
When Santa came by to pick up hard copies of his Santa's orders on Friday (and my error) did not get a hard copy.
It was when I received your call...I realized my error and immediately realized how disappointed the families and kids would be.. I am truly sorry I did not come through for you. Making kids and families happy is what we do for the last 40 years.. I made calls to find a replacement Santa but would not have been there in time .
