I arrive at least half an hour before your intended start time (11:30 to start drawing/painting at 12), to ensure plenty of time for setup and placement within the venue.

We hire for a minimum of 2 hours per artist.
We have 1 artist for Caricatures/Fashion Illustration, and 3 artists for Face Paint/Airbrush Tattoos.
(One of the latter is training for the former, so in a pinch we could provide 2 sketch artists.)

For Caricatures, I'll bring my own chairs and easel.
For Face Paint, we don't need any assistance or furniture. Let our chairs get glittery. :)
For Airbrush Tattoos, I ask that you provide 1 total table as well as access to power for our compressor. If you have chairs set up, let us know.
For Fashion Illustration, I ask that a table and chair be designated "home base" for the artist.

What you get depends on the services hired, but at a baseline: Our artists are very friendly and open to chatting. We are very tidy and hygienic, wearing gloves and sterilizing brushes for your safety. Caricatures are very quick and precise. We're also happy to be tucked into a corner, for services like fashion illustration. What's important is that your guests enjoy your event, and that we're a part of that.

You can expect 10-20 faces drawn per hour, for Caricatures. This is a "show" that guests can watch.

You can expect 15-30 faces painted per hour, for Face Paint, per artist. This is more hectic, but watchable.

You can expect 20-45 tattoos airbrushed per hour, for Airbrush Tattoos, per artist. This is closer quarters and too quick for a "show," for the other guests.

You can expect 5-10 fashion sketches drawn per hour, for Fashion Illustrations. Because they take longer, it's recommended that guests leave a photo rather than standing live for the drawing.

We've lived in the San Antonio area for about 25 years, near the theme parks. It seemed like a perfect fit, when Maggie started drawing Caricatures in 2008 - eventually training artists in sketch and in body art. In 2018, Susan followed her to do Body Art, and more recently Evie's gotten some hands-on experience with all kinds of events.

We're a family of artists, and we're very enthusiastic about sharing that art and skill with you.

We can bring lights if needed, but most of our services do need to be somewhat lit. Communicate the lighting situation to us ahead of time, especially in outdoor evening settings.

For UV Blacklight Facepaint events, please let us know if we need to bring our own lights. If there are plenty to go around, we'll happily use the ambient blacklight to work, however.
