Daisy is an extremely versatile peformer who prides herself on tailoring every performance to the venue and audience. She also has a female acoustic duo called Pink & Plaid where she plays guitar and sings with the fabulous Kat Dillon, an electric violinist and vocalist. Daisy K. Meadows - Solo Acoustic
Daisy prides herself on catering every performance to the venue and audience. Her #1 priority when playing a gig is to please her listeners. If you are looking for a chill/ambient vibe she will bring her piano along with her guitar and do a quieter setlist of covers and original songs so as not to disturb patrons' conversations.
Daisy loves playing upbeat, fun acoustic renditions of popular songs! She'll play anything from classic rock, country, and pop music all the way to Broadway and Disney songs, especially if there are kids in the audience. She has a virtual song request app that patrons and listeners can scan off of her banner and/or business cards if there is something specific they would like to hear. She also welcomes listeners to come up and request songs.
Pink & Plaid Duo
Pink & Plaid is a new project that Daisy recently started, but has already been getting a lot of hype. Daisy & Kat have a variety of upbeat and chill cover songs that they put their own spin on by adding in electric violin solos and beautiful female harmonies. They are prepared to play for a variety of venues and audiences as they also will cater every performance and setlist. What sets Pink & Plaid apart from other acoustic duos is that they genuinely have fun together and exude an energy that leaks out into the audience making for an enjoyable experience for all. Their songlist is also very extensive and covers just about any genre, with the exception of metal and rap, but will always welcome patrons to come up and request songs!
Daisy K. Meadows - Solo Acoustic Performer
Daisy is a singer-songwriter from Carroll County, MD who has had a song in her heart since she was a little girl. She draws inspiration from artists such as Martina McBride, Brandi Carlile, Carly Pearce, and other fierce female powerhouse vocalists.
She began playing in coffee shops and attending open mics where she was getting a lot of attention for her unique covers and her first original single, "Do You Love Him," which she released on Spotify in 2021, over 10 years after recording it.
She has played in various groups and duos in recent years, but most notably can be found several times a week performing on the live-streaming platform, Twitch as PajamaPrincessDaisy.
Since the world has been opening back up, Daisy has taken the leap into peforming solo at various local establishments and growing her brand. She has also been hard at work in the studio recording and releasing new music regularly.
Pink & Plaid Acoustic Duo
Pink & Plaid is the dynamic duo based out of central Maryland, comprised of Kat Dillon and Daisy K. Meadows. Together, they have an large and unique songlist and tailor each performance to the venue and audience for whom they are playing.
Kat Dillon has been a professional violinist, singer, and stage performer for over 20 years in a broad variety of musical arenas and bands! Most recently she was the lead singer of The Reflex, the Washington D.C. area’s top 80’s cover band as well as a violinist and vocalist for The American Rogues, a Celtic Rock group based out of Maryland and Canada.
Daisy has a Bose tower system that she brings to gigs if sound is not provided. She doesn't need a lot of space to perform, but would like a heads up on if she needs to bring her own lighting and equipment.
