Danny Martin, Session Musician

A seasoned, versatile instrumentalist, Danny began playing playing violin at age six and picked up a guitar shortly after, learning both classical technique and licks from his Dad's record collection, ranging from the Beatles to Steve Earle. At UW-Whitewater, he graduated with a B.A. in Music, receiving the Gehren Jazz Scholarship along the way.
Since then, he has studied jazz guitar with local luminaries including Paul Silbergleit and Mike Standal, played on recording sessions with R&B legends the O'Jays and Butch Tavares, and currently plays with The Ramblin' Kind, a decade-spanning country group.
