Darien Castro Music

Darien Castro is an up and coming singer-songwriter from the New England area. Over the past few years, Darien has become a regular performer around the northern New England music scene. She has performed at notable venues in the Boston area such as The Jungle Music Club, The Burren, Loretta’s Last Call, The Whale’s Jaw Cafe, and Hard Rock Cafe, as well as The Stone Church Music Club and The Press Room in New Hampshire. She has also been featured in Nashville songwriter nights and several Performers On the Go showcases throughout the Boston scene.

Drawing from influences such as Amy Winehouse, Christina Aguilera, Fleetwood Mac, Etta James, and Johnny Cash, her shows combine elements of Soul, Bluesy Folk and Indie-Pop to create a unique and engaging experience. Darien has also experienced working with National touring acts such as Lee Brice and Styx during her behind-the-scenes roles in the world of stage production, at venues such as Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom.
