We are a full service catering company that specializes in personalized, memorable catering and dining experiences. We provide everything you need to delight your guests and go the extra mile to see you all smile! We have a wide range of menus to choose from and we also customize menus, at your request! In addition to food services, we also provide a variety of desserts, including cakes, fresh baked cookies, assorted pastries and more! Our concessions stands and waitstaff services are also great additions to any party or gathering and will make your event much more special and easier to execute.

Once the client reaches out for catering services, we will discuss any food allergies and restrictions. At that time, we will also send over all menus that we currently have available and discuss any custom menus with the client. Once the menu has been confirmed, an invoice or quote will be sent to the client. The invoice/quote will include a detailed breakdown of the client's order and menu, including the quantity of people each dish feeds. Once the client has secured the event date and time with the deposit or full payment we will get to work on your event. In the event that the client needs to change, update, reschedule or cancel anything pertaining to the event, it must be done 48 hours prior to the event date. Any changes made outside of the 48 hour window may be subject to additional fees. On the event date, we typically arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the start time of the event to ensure food is properly set up. We provide all serving utensils; but plates, napkins, cups and eating utensils are sold separately.
We prefer at least a week's notice prior to bookings for 50 people or more to ensure the best possible service. However we are able to accept bookings within 72 hours of the event date. Bookings that are made within 72 hours of the event date must be paid in full at the time of the booking. Bookings that are made outside of the 72 hour window are considered last minute bookings and is subject to a last minute booking fee of $200.
For waitstaff services we follow the same general guidelines for making changes, updates, rescheduling or to cancel. Our staff will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the event to discuss assignment details and other important information to ensure the success of your event.

In addition to food services, we also provide a variety of desserts, including cakes, fresh baked cookies, assorted pastries and more! Our concessions stands and waitstaff services are also great additions to any party or gathering and will make your event much more special and easier to execute. In addition to being a full service catering company, we also have a line of low and no sodium spices; which are the only spices used in the preparation and cooking of all our dishes. We provide everything this is needed to make your event a success! With each catering order we provide serving utensils and we have tables, chairs, chafing dishes, food warmers, plates, napkins, eating utensils, decorations and many more staging materials available for purchase or for rental. Please inform us at the time of your booking if you would like a special set up or staging of the food and we will make it happen! Special setups include food and other props, variety food stands, etc. When we arrive to set up the food, we will bring lightening and other photography equipment to ensure we capture our work and your special moments.
