Mental Fitness Coaching, available in a one-time interactive presentation or an ongoing series of sessions for groups or individuals, is a blend of my two professions as a seasoned psychotherapist and as an accomplished athlete. My expertise in these two arenas have merged into a coaching program that uncovers cognitive blocks and dysregulating patterns that interfere with achieving wellness goals and then teaches strategies to reach and maintain personal bests in body, mind, work, and relationship.
My personality flavors my work with contagious passion. I raise the enthusiasm bar for clients who then both see and feel a "purpose, possibility, and plan" for their personal growth.
