To ensure a seamless and memorable event, here are the technical requirements and setup details for our performances:

Standard DJ Services
Performance Space: A minimum of 8’ x 6’ flat, stable, and covered area is preferred for the DJ setup.
Power Requirements: Access to at least two grounded 15-amp power outlets within 25 feet of the setup location.
Lighting: If lighting is not provided by the venue, we can include our own lighting equipment as part of the package (additional costs may apply). Please confirm lighting preferences during booking.
Sound Requirements
Indoor Events: Our sound system can cover events of up to 150 guests with high-quality audio. For larger events, additional equipment may be needed (additional fees may apply).
Outdoor Events: Outdoor setups may require additional considerations for power, weather protection, and sound coverage. Please specify if the event is outdoors during booking.
Karaoke Services (if applicable)
Display: A monitor or TV to display lyrics can be included. Please provide a sturdy table or mounting area if you are supplying your own display.
Microphones: We provide up to 2 wireless microphones. Additional microphones can be added upon request.
Enhanced Lighting and Atmosphere
If you choose to add upgraded lighting or atmosphere options, such as uplighting, moving heads, or haze machines:

Power: Access to additional power outlets may be required.
Haze or Fog Machines: Verify with the venue if these machines are permitted as they may trigger fire alarms.
Stage and Venue Access
Load-In/Load-Out: Clear and accessible pathways for equipment transport are necessary. Please inform us if stairs, elevators, or other obstructions are present.
Setup Time: We require 60-90 minutes for setup and soundcheck, depending on the complexity of the event.
Coordination and WiFi
WiFi Access: While not required for every performance, WiFi can enhance certain services, such as online song requests or real-time streaming elements. Please let us know if reliable WiFi is available.
Event Coordinator: For complex events, having a designated point of contact for coordination can streamline the setup and performance process.
