Used Ditrago for a waitstaff, general help for buffet dinner for 14. Juan arrived on time.Helped me set out appetizers and buffet setup. When guests arrived, he offered wine and passed appetizers. Throughout he kept wine flowing and helped to serve coffee with dessert. Finally helped me with clean up as the evening progressed. Perfect assistant . Thanks again

Ditragos is literally one of the best!! Not only have I used them before but Ive been too many occasions with them there and they are the best. All the bartenders are amazing! Especially Diego and Heaven but they are all wonderful. The fire show Diego does is wonderful and so much entertainment during the event. I love them and I will always be using their services. If you need bartending services, they are the way to go.

Something about the bar and the liquor bottles illuminated by all the lights made it look so enchanting. Honestly, I did not expect the bar to look so gorgeous. Called and hired a Bartender for our event Play Date and network. On time ! Nothing shorter than excellent. Very friendly, neat, drinks were great. Went above and beyond. Great at working independently needs little to no direction. Would hire again

We hired Diego for a recent retirement party at our home, outside with about 60 people. His team came early and set up everything. They were nice and friendly and did a terrific job, even assisting with cleaning things up during the party. They were very professional and made some great mixed drinks. We would highly recommend them for any occasion where a bar is in order.

My husband and I hired them for our wedding last month and they totally blew us away! Their specialty cocktails were absolutely delicious, the bartenders were friendly and professional, and Diego , the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband is a retired high-end event bartender, and he was seriously impressed with their cocktails. Ditragos services sent 3 waitstaff members for a birthday party event. The servers arrived on time, handled the event well, and ensured guests were happy. I will use them next time.
The only thing I would like to see improve is communication. Message a day before the event confirming the time and location, and a message an hr before to confirm again.

Both people were fabulous. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience working with Diego and his team! They were quick to respond and great collaborators in providing staff for our event. We hired Diego from Ditragos for our backyard wedding of 170 people in May. From the start, Diego was so helpful with all the questions we had and even had some great suggestions for improving the guest experience. Everything went off without a hitch and the guests had nothing but compliments about the service and the delicious handcrafted cocktails. Diego and his team played a big part in the success of our wedding night and it wouldn’t have been the same without them. Highly recommended!

The Ditragos were always responsive to any questions we had, and they were super helpful when we were trying to figure out how much of everything we needed to get. I could tell that Ditragos's team was highly knowledgeable and experienced. At our wedding, I sadly didn't get to talk with our bartender Diego at all, but all of our guests LOVED him. They all said he did a great job with the drinks and that he was a very nice guy.

We had the best time with ditragos, as the bride they were extremely easy to deal with, came in and set up , served my crowd efficiently with great and beautiful drinks and left without needing me to do anything more than enjoy the night. I hired Ditragos! to bartend at my wedding and the company sent Diego. Not only was Diego prompt and quick to set up, but he happily performed duties and helped in areas that in no way pertained to bartending. Our food caterer made several errors and Ditragos jumped right in to help with food setup (guests actually thought he worked for the caterer!) and he was also instrumental in helping clean up at the end of the night, actually telling my family, "I'm here to help with anything you might need me for." He also set aside a bottle of my favorite wine for my new husband and me to take with us that night. As the bride, hearing about the issues we had with our food, I was SO grateful to know how helpful Ditragos had been throughout the night in every capacity. Furthermore, as a company, the owner, was always very quick to get back to us and thoroughly answer any questions we had. 100% recommend, and we're letting our venue know to keep Ditragos! on their shortlist as well.
