As a DJ it is imperative to exceed the needs of the potential client. As a DJ, I am not limited to any type of event or any type of genre of music.
Shocked to see a review that this DJ played country music. We hired Mainor for a wedding and he did not play the music provided (and agreed in contracted) for the reception and even after numerous request to play wedding playlist. The reception was for our kids and their cousins (8yrs under) to dance the night away to Pop, Country, Bee Gees, MJ. So we were shocked and unhappy that he played mostly Funk and ZERO Country or Pop that we requested. Mainor claims he was playing music that guest requested, but did not play music that we requested!! Our daughter even requested 'The Middle' and he did not play it. Seemed like a nice guy, we let him and his wife have dinner (cost us each $) and then he doesn't play our wedding playlist. Not sure what happen??? Definitely not what I wanted for our wedding! My husband even tried to speak with Mainor to maybe reduce fee some (25-30%) but Mainor was unwilling to compromise.
Our Guest Remarks on FB: I attended a wedding in may where this dj preformed and was very upset with the music choice he play NO country and played drake and rap with children present he did not play any of the music the bride and groom requested at all and after being told again at the wedding still did not play the list with the music they wanted he proceeded to play music that nobody knew and that also had a lot of cussing with children present. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DJ
DJ Smooth was awesome !! We had a western themed birthday party for our daughters 30th . He was spot on with the music and lights and really took our party to the next level. I highly recommend them for your event. We will definitely use them for all of our future events .

I do have a lighting engineer on staff to provide impeccable visual effects for your event. I do carry liability insurance at all times. I always work under written contract and accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
