My name is DJSurge "The Sound Surgeon" and I have been a DJ in the Bay Area for more than twenty years. I do Weddings/Receptions, Corporate Events, Banquets, Private Parties, School Dances and Clubs. I do 60's, 70's, Old School, R&B, Hip-Hop, C/W, Classic Rock, Rock n Roll, Jazz and Blues. I do Music Video Mixes on 2 video Monitors. I have done more than 50 Weddings/Receptions. I also offer effects lighting and Video Monitors for Music Video Mixing on two screens. I have all the right equipment for any ocassion.

Charles brought the energy to a 40-something birthday party, with family and friends of all ages. He arrived early to set up and brought lots of lighting and all the equipment and tables he needed for the night. He’s told us he would turn the yard into a disco—and he did!! He and his wife we very kind and took requests from our guests for English and Spanish music. He kept the music going with a playlists even while packing up at the end of the night and that wound the pay down perfectly. Would definitely hire again and friends have already asked for his contact info.

We hired DJ Surge for a holiday party. Even though we asked primarily for background holiday music, we got the full set up. Multiple speakers for the large ballroom, light effects to set a festive party mood, and DJ Surge MCing/making announcements for us. He was also very quick in getting his equipment in and out of the venue.

DJ Surge was terrific! He absolutely knew the crowd who was from 12 years old to 90+ ! Everyone was dancing 💃 all night and the dance floor was crowded! Will absolutely use him again for another party. Very professional!

DJ Surge could not have been better. He was just what the doctor ordered. The music selections were right on, he could read the room. And make adjustments to keep the dancing going. He had all the equipment he needed! The only thing we had to provide was an outlet for the power. He is Simply the best! We had him last Christmas Eve and it was such a success we never even considered anyone else. If you hire him, neither will you!
