Dr. Anthony Hailey is not only an accomplished solo performer, but an experienced band leader as well. His bands, Caribbana Steel Band and Mosaic Steel Orchestra are Virginia's most professional and versatile steel bands. With ensemble sizes ranging from solo performer to fifteen players, we are sure to have the right package to accommodate your location and budget. Band leader, Dr. Anthony Hailey has over 20 years of steelpan performance experience and holds his doctorate degree in World Music from WVU.

Locally his bands have performed at Carib Fest, Harbor Fest, Azalea Festival, Panorama Caribbean Music Fest, Neptune Festival and ODU International Festival. National and International Conference performances include N.O.B.L.E. Conference, VA Port Authority Global Convention, Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, Virginia Music Educators Association, Virginia Family and Consumer Sciences State Convention, Metro Fire Chiefs Convention, Hampton Roads Black Expo, US Track & Field Annual Conference and Percussive Arts Society International Convention.

Mosaic Steel Orchestra has performed on the campuses of Hampton University, Norfolk State University, Old Dominion University, The College of William and Mary, Elizabeth City University, James Madison University and Miami University, Ohio. Among our corporate clients are Nauticus, Naval Ocean Processing Facility, Paxton Co., Bay Front Condominiums, US Coast Guard, Decker Law Firm, Virginia Beach Hilton, Atlantic American Partners, LLC, and Sentara Health.
