Dr. McAlister recently performed a leadership training at one of my company’s networking events. We have these regularly and thus we hear a lot of different people speak. Going into the event, I wasn’t expect much to stand out. I was wrong.
Amongst a crowd of 30-40 people, throughout the entire two-hour presentation, I felt as if Dr. McAlister was speaking directly to me.
His relatable personal stories, his simple-tone, and some good comedic timing, made the presentation feel like a dinner conversation more than a seminar.
If you have the opportunity to listen to Dr. McAlister speak, you won’t be disappointed. It was a tremendous pleasure to watch him live!

With eight years of distinguished service in the US Army as an Interrogator, Counterintelligence Specialist, and Linguist, Dr. McAlister received specialized training from the FBI and Mossad. Notably, he graduated as the Distinguished Honor Graduate from the US Army Leadership and Development Course, ranking first among 226 soldiers. His academic credentials include a master’s degree in educational leadership, further solidifying his expertise in guiding others to success.
As the CEO of three thriving LLCs, a dedicated powerlifting coach, and a devoted husband and father of five, Dr. McAlister exemplifies balance and achievement. Audio requirements include a quality sound system which has been tested for proper operation. Microphone preferences are a lapel or a cordless, hand held microphone if available. If not, the microphone should allow for at least 30 feet of cord.
Please sit audience directly in front of Dr. McAlister in a theater style setting. No seating behind or to the sides of Dr. McAlister while he speaks.
If Dr. McAlister is speaking at a school or university, he prefers to have the assembly in an auditorium. If a gymnasium is the only option, sit students only on one side with the remainder on the gym floor or contact us to discuss other options.
The audience should be seated as close to the stage as possible.
In the event Dr. McAlister would desire to make use of any special equipment such as video, computer (Power-Point), etc., we will give you ample notification to enable you to make the appropriate arrangements.
