My booking fee requirements is an 10 percent down payment upon booking the event , including a 50 percent down payment of the Event Cost, due 48 hours prior to the event calendar date. The remaining 50 percent balance of total event is due upon close of calendar date of event.

Note Cancellations are required 24hrs prior to the calendar date of the event less the 10 percent booking fee. Down payment refunds are refundable in a form of a money order only when the down payment have been cleared thru the bank systems.
