Ebonie Marie is a Compton native, actor, award-winning poet, songwriter, and curator of safe spaces for Black artists and the communities that support them.
As a three-time study abroad scholar and California credentialed educator, Ebonie blends creativity, intellect, and lived experiences into her work. Her background as a former classroom teacher and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated fuels her commitment to community and bridging the gap between art and mental wellness.
Now developing her first solo show, she has made the leap from the West Coast to the East Coast, ready to bring her education, experience, and passion to bold new projects on stage and screen. With quick-witted humor, impeccable comedic timing, and relatable passion, Ebonie Marie is impossible to forget.
