I had the privilege of working under Xav, for 2 years for the Houston ISD ATM program. And every week Xav would not only inspire and motivate the young men but he also left the other mentors like myself greatly impressed and motivated. Xav, has that charge to be able to take control of any room he enters because when he begins to speak he will grab your attention.
