We had an great experience with this catering service for our engagement party. The staff was professional and did an excellent job throughout the event. They went above and beyond our expectations, especially with the clean-up and taking charge of the service.
Even when one of the staff members fell ill, the service responded immediately and brought in extra help to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our engagement party turned out great. We highly recommend them for any event!

We can't speak highly enough of Elle and the service she provided to us at our recent event. She arrived on time and was dressed appropriately. With some basic instructions, she went to work doing any task that became necessary during the event. This included coordinating with the food vendor, serving wine, keeping the flow of the event going smoothly, and clean up toward the end of the evening. When there was a problem that arose with the food vendor, Elle stepped in to help us keep the drinks and appetizers flowing until the food issue was resolved. In short, she was a big reason we were able to keep the party going well despite the food vendor problems. She was friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient. We compensated her with a good tip at the end of the evening and one of our guests also provided her a tip during the evening as they appreciated the service and her winning attitude. Based on how well she performed, we will likely use your company's services again and would definitely be happy to have Elle work with us on any event.

I had a bad experience with this company. One of her staff was a no show to my event. I only needed 2 staff members, so 1 not showing up caused me to have to work my event and was a huge inconvenience. I politely expressed my concerns and disappointment and Elle was rude and blamed me for not calling her sooner to let her know her staff did not show up. The one staff member that showed up was delightful though. My guest loved her, but she could not do it all. Elle refused to acknowledge my disappointment and she ignored my texts and calls.

Even though your staff member confirmed with me they would be there, things like this do happen from time to time which is why I encourage clients to let me know if staff doesn't arrive at the scheduled time. You informed me after the event was over that you were missing a person, which left me no time to send backup which is always on hand. Also, you forgot to mention that I did give you a full refund on the no show, and you still pressured me to send you back more money than you paid for the service (You paid $140 but wanted a refund of $190). As I mentioned to you, we are a small company and cannot provide refunds at such unreasonable requests. I am happy to hear that you and your guests loved the server that did arrive which is why I am confused at the one star rating. As a small black-owned business that is trying to survive during a pandemic where staffing shortages exist nationwide it is a surprise we are still thriving as one of the only staffing companies in Atlanta. I hope you would give us a better rating and another chance in the future.

We had a party this weekend and this company provided someone with no bartending experience which really caused an issue. It wasn't his fault, as he was staffed for this event and did the best he could. However, not being able to make easy drinks like a vodka soda at least was disappointing and added a lot of extra stress.

We requested two waitstaff for a reception last minute and were very pleased with how easy it was to book with no issues whatsoever. This is our second time hiring Elegant Event Staffing, and we are so glad we did. Sometimes you just need a little extra help at a party to setup, make sure guests are attended to, food looks good, and help cleaning up. Alexis recently helped us run our party, and she was so professional, social, and attentive to what we needed. It was just a small party of about 15 or so, but I was able to relax. Last party, we had about 50 people and 2 servers. They were both wonderful too. Thanks so much for everything!

The bartender and the server were both great! They made the night seamless and helped a ton with clean up.
Enjoyed my waitstaff. Elle and Jonathan allowed me to focus on my event and they handled the set up, serving, clean up and so many other little things that made my party perfect. My guests absolutely loved the special attention that they received. I had about 50 guests at my graduation dinner party. They were extremely professional, attentive to the guests needs and most importantly they anticipated the needs before they could arise. I will definitely use them again in the near future.

To start let me say that the girls that came to bartend at my wedding were absolutely fabulous. They were courteous and caring and attending to all of my guests needs with a beautiful smile on their faces. We did have a major hiccup though. If your venue tells you your bartenders have to have a pour license then this is not the company for you. I had asked before I booked the service and was told they did have a pour license. Also the day before the wedding I asked the owner 9 times if they had a pour license and she said yes. However when my venue owner called her she told the venue owner no she did not. To be honest I'm not sure if the owner of this company even knew what that was when I asked so I'm giving some leeway on that. The biggest problem was that the owner refused to answer my calls when things started falling apart and openly ignored me When I called several times to figure out how to resolve this issue. My wedding venue owner was sweet enough to give her the leeway so they came and serviced my wedding anyways. I am over the moon happy with the girls that came out to service my wedding however the owner could use just a little help with communications. She was nice after all of it was said and done but it's probably better not to openly ignore calls from the person paying you for a service...

Upon booking you asked me if I was insured and had a bartending license which I do and replied Yes. You reached out to me in a frantic the day before your wedding because the venue owner kept repeatedly telling you that her venue requires a POUR license not a BARTENDING license which is what you asked me upon booking. These two things are completely different and there are very few counties in Atlanta that require them, Coweta being one of them unbeknownst to me and apparently you as well until the day before your wedding?? The venue manager expressed to me that she blatantly told you that you needed to hire a bartender with a BRICK and MORTAR location with license from the government that costs $5k and takes two weeks to generate. NONE of this information was relayed to me until Friday at 5:30pm the day before your wedding. When you and your dad called me in a frantic I contacted Mrs. Kiddie immediately and convinced her to allow us to bartend at your wedding even though it may cost her her own business license. You basically didn’t take her professional information to go through the process of booking to necessary bartender for your county because you did not want to pay the extra fees associated with this. After much pleading on your behalf she finally allowed my team to service your wedding. PLEASE NOTE: YOU PAID FOR 2 bartenders and I supplied 3 to ENSURE your wedding went perfect and had to pay for this 3rd bartender out of my own pocket. I also PERSONALLY came to your wedding and spoke with both Mrs. Kiddie and your father. All of your guests were satisfied including you, your parents and the venue owner. YOU ARE WELCOME!

I used Elegant Event Staffing to assist with a small dinner party when my caterer was not available to provide staffing. The server was amazing and exceeded expectations. Before she stepped foot in my home she immediately helped the caterer to unload food and stayed until the last dish washed and put away. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!
We had the best experience from a professional and courteous staff that were attentive to both the hosts and guests. Nothing less than hard working and respectful. They made the party a grand success!

From the moment that I started communicating with Elegant Event Staffing, they were very responsive, and happy to answer my questions. The contract was clear and easy to understand, and the pricing was very reasonable. Now the party itself was much more of the same! Miceal & Stephanie were the ultimate professionals that were on time (if not early) and were able to plug into the chaos of getting the party ready very quickly. They were attentive throughout the party and very personable with the guests, helped me move the party along at a nice pace, and were there to do whatever was needed to clean up during their 6 hours of help. We held a graduation party with about 30 to 40 people in Cumming, GA, and it was honestly, the easiest, most enjoyable and fun party I can remember having at our house. I would definitely use Elegant Event Staffing in the future, and plan to as I am involved with planning corporate events as well.

Team of two. One good and the other not so good
I needed help for my housewarming party so I contacted them and the two ladies were just awesome. I explained to them what I wanted and they just took over the party. From setting up, to closing the buffet...I'm just super happy with their service. I'll always call them for my future parties. Thank you.
I was so impressed with Soukey for our event! She was wonderful. We had the bar set up in a way that wasn't very functional, so when Soukey got there, she changed it all around and made it actually work! We hosted a casino night and when Soukey noticed our participants were playing so much they couldn't get to the bar, she started bringing out drinks to everyone. It was a great experience and would use her again! Thank you, Soukey!

The staff I hired for my Halloween Costume Party arrived early and did a fantastic job setting up food that was delivered. I had one person answering the door for me so I could stay with the other guests, and I had one person who took pictures of my costumed guests as they arrived! They were very helpful the whole night! Pukaua from Elegant Staffing showed up at our home a little early for the party and literally took over all of the tasks normally associated with hosting a party: setting out food, handing out drinks, picking up empty's. Virtually all of our 50 guests commented on how great she was.

We had a keg and I’m not sure he knew what he was doing. The keg was way over pressurized and all the beer that we provided for our guests other then a few that people had brought were flat. We tried to take the keg home to finish it off but it was only foam. A day later we tried again and it was a ruined keg. It was very disappointing. Kegs are not cheap and we couldn’t even drink most of it. What we did drink was completely flat. Again the bartender was very sweet so I didn’t want to give him a bad review.

Hiring Elegant Event Staffing turned out to be the best decision I made regarding our event.
True story: About 45 minutes before the event was to begin, I burned the palm of my right hand on a cast iron skillet, yielding my right hand (I'm right handed) to be unusable for the next few hours as I wrapped and treated it. Cecelia arrived 5 minutes after the burn took place (she was early) and took over all of the preliminary set up and from there forward, was my lifesaver. Not only did she save my hand, but she saved the night by making sure that everything else went smoothly and that guests were happy, fed well, and even that photographs were taken of the fun we were having.
Christia, the bartender, was also a highlight of the night. She was an amazingly skilled bartender, was
creative in her recipes, remembered everyone's favorite custom concoctions and made sure all of the glasses remained filled all night. She was unbelievable. She also connected well with all of our guests; regardless of age.
Both were amazing, and I would hire them again and again. Highly recommend!

Elegant event staffing provided the bartender Robin to bartend our super bowl party. He arrived early and got right to work. He was very professional and dressed the part, the guest really enjoyed him and he knew how to fix the drinks just as requested! Elegant event staffing had the best prices as well. I would recommend this company!

I hired two people one bartender and one server. Robin was great early and all (this review is not about him). The other person was agressive with me after I told them what I would like them to do. I wanted Robin to bartend because he was more polished and his attitude was perfect. They said they could do either one, but the other girl gave me agressive push back when I told her. She even tried to check me when I asked if her attitude would be good enough to serve. This should have been sorted out before they came. Please contact me ASAP.

Very pleased. Robin came in, quickly got the lay of the land. Both listened well to what we needed and saw other things that needed to be taken care of. Very professional and friendly. We had two other servers (previously hired), and the three of them quickly gelled as a team. Great work- made the event easy for me. Thank you!

Both Bartenders were great! They both worked hard and were fun and friendly! We did have a small hiccup were one of the bartenders called in saying they were not coming. So the group was trying to find another bartender which they did but she wasnt able to get ready and be on time due to the last minute cancellation. She came about 30-45 minutes later. Luckily the male bartender Phil worked his butt off (Thank you so much to him) in the beginning and was able to handle the cocktail time on his own until she arrived. Their boss even came to the event to make sure everything was going smoothly ( I thought that was a nice touch). Overall I was super happy and would definitely hire from this company again.

I had an event on Saturday night and the server was a no show. I called at 7pm (when the event was scheduled to start) and was able to speak to the owner. I asked her to get to the bottom of the issue and call me right back. 30 minutes later (while I am running around serving) she still hadn't called back! I called her again and it appears she gave the staff member the wrong address and so she went home...The night was a disaster as I had no help and it was all due to their unprofessionalism. Stay away from this company.

I had a catering event and I encountered some issues with the staffing company that I was using less than a week before the event! I found Elegant Staffing on Gig Salad and they were very responsive and extremely detailed in their communication. Elle and her staff were punctual (they actually arrived before I did), helpful, and professional! They really made me look good in front of my clients. All I can say is that you should save yourself some time and just hire Elegant! You won't regret it!

Working with Elle, the Event Specialist and Founder, was seamless. All my questions were answered promptly. Cierra, our bartender, arrived on time and ready to go. The wait staff and bartender were Great!! They arrived early and helped a lot throughout the event. All the members were very pleased with their service. Elegant Event Staffing provided EXCELLENT service for my wife's 40th birthday party! It was a last minute booking, and they came through with no issues. People are still raving about how pleasant they were, how the food service flowed so well, and how they kept everything nice and neat. At the end of the night they put everything up, and had the space very manageable (which was a great help). We have used them a few times before and will definitely be calling again soon.

Elle and her team recently provided waitstaff, bartenders, and event coordination for our daughters hill top wedding. The wedding went off without a hitch and everything was perfect. The staff was everywhere, attending to even the smallest detail. The bartenders were great! Very friendly and professional.After the wedding, I was amazed at how fast they had everything bagged up, disassembled, and returned to its proper location. They helped make it a great evening.

Elle and her staff provided a wonderful staffing experience for our wedding. They were prompt to my event, paid close attention to the serving needs of our guests, and kept the serving area neat and tidy. I heard nothing but great comments from my family and friends regarding the level of service offered! When my maid of honor mentioned that she wanted a beverage in a different area from the serving area, one of the staff members overheard the comment and quickly came back with the drink. The ladies that were sent to assist with our wedding reception were wonderful! Bree, Ashley and Nicole. They were very friendly, kind and considerate. I was extremely overwhelmed when they arrived, and I just kind of dumped everything on them! They went right into action and got all the food set up nicely. I did not have to micro manage or go behind and re-do anything! They were a delight to work with.

Hired Elegant Event Staffing at the last minute for my son's graduation party. They kept the food flowing, made sure the food station areas were well maintained as well as poured beer/wine for the adults. I really appreciated the fact that they carded everyone since it was an underage event. Very professional staff!!

This was my first time needing staff for an event- I usually just have friends and family help. I wanted to make a good impression for a dinner I was having at my home, and didn't want to worry about the service of the meal or doing the dishes. The staff went above my expectations! They not only served the meal seamlessly but they cleaned the table, washed the dishes, took out the trash, did a sweep of the floor and more!
I was planning my sisters wedding and thought after I booked the caterer everything was set. I didn't know that the caterer didn't bring staff. So with only 2 days notice I needed five waitstaff in Monroe, Ga. Elle kept me calm and assured me she could deliver the staff I needed with the budget that I had. Our waitstaff team arrives to your event polished & professional! Our standard uniform is all black attire (black slacks, black long-sleeved button up shirt, black shoes, belt and apron). For more formal events we do offer an all white tuxedo shirt with a black/white bow-tie. If an event is more casual or outdoors- the client will OK a short-sleeved black polo shirt. Ultimately, the choice is yours!
