I was born in Colorado, and grew up just outside of Boulder. As a child, music was a solace. I was bullied a lot, and turned to music to escape. As I grew, I turned to musical theater and fell in love. Now, I use my theater knowledge to turn my singing into more of a performance. I take inspiration from 50s and 60s music.
