Hello Enchanted Crown Events is one of the very few bilingual full event planning company. Our coordinator as well as the assistants are fluent in English and Spanish.
We offer our services throughout Southern California. We offer different coordinating/ planning packages, from full planning, day of coordination, to customizing a planning package to fit your needs. We specialize in all types of events from Weddings, Sweet 16, Quinceañeras, and just about any type of event.
My husband and I got engaged on September 6, 2015 and knew we wanted to have a long engagement to allow us time to save up for a wedding and have time to plan our own wedding. So after deciding on a venue and setting a wedding date (June 3, 2017), we started to look for a wedding coordinator. We received quotes and interviewed with a few, but none of them were a match for us. It actually took us a while because we needed a coordinator who is budget-friendly and fluent in English and Spanish. I was born in Mexico and many of our guests that flew in from Mexico and many of our vendors (mariachi, churro guy, mechanical bull guy, etc.) only speak Spanish. Finally, in August 2016, we found Enchanted Crown Events. From the first response to the day after our wedding, Claudia was awesome. She was always checking in, asking if she could do anything to help and would give us recommendations on where to find and purchase items we needed like decorations, liquor, and candy. She also helped us determine what items we should forgo in order to save. Claudia always answered our calls and texts promptly. In January (months before our wedding), our venue cancelled on us due to “operation issues” and Claudia was a huge blessing. She spent days and nights helping us look for a new venue that was available on our date (save the dates had already been sent and hotel rooms booked). We booked a new venue about a month later and throughout that time, Claudia maintained daily contact with us. Bless her heart! Along with coordinating our wedding, Claudia did our flowers (bride bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, centerpieces and floral arrangements throughout the venue). All beautiful! The weeks before our wedding, Claudia reached out to all our vendors to go over Day-of expectations. The day of the wedding, Claudia and her assistants made sure we had nothing to worry about and that we had an amazing time. They made sure the venue was set up exactly how we wanted it to be, which required Claudia to bring some of her own items (linens, glassware, candles). And naturally, we forgot to purchase some items and ran out of some items, so Claudia had her assistants run to the store during the wedding to save the day (again). At least one of Claudia’s assistants was always near us in case we needed something. They were professional and friendly to all our guests. Several guests had wardrobe malfunctions and Claudia saved them with her very handy wedding day emergency kit. I saw our vendors talking to Claudia and her assistants, never once bothering us, which was so nice. I could go on about how much we loved and appreciated Enchanted Crown Events, but to save you time, if you’re looking for an amazing wedding/event coordinator/planner/decorator/designer/hero, stop looking and book ECE now. Highly recommend!
I found Claudia last minute just 3 weeks prior to our Wedding. We did a consultation with her and we knew she was the one we wanted to help us. I trusted her and her expertise. Even though we booked Claudia last minute she was right on top of everything. Contacted our Vendors, she even went to pick up our centerpieces all the way out to LA and our event was in San Bernardino. She and her assistant were amazing the fact they both spoke Spanish was a HUGE plus. My family loved them and so did we. Claudia is a true professional and was on top of everything. We did not have to worry about anything other than having fun and enjoying our day.

Not only is Claudia amazing and dedicated to her job but she did a above and beyond job with our 25th Anniversary Party. She did the decor, centerpieces, and all. We were so happy when she helped us organize and coordinate our party which was hosted at our home. All our guests were expressing how great of a Hostess Claudia is and how beautifully decorate everything was. She recreated my dream wedding for my Anniversary. Job well well done!

Claudia and her assistant were my day of coordinators for my wedding. I had about 400 guests and lots of vendors and they did the best job keeping everything organized and being there for me for whatever I needed. Claudia is very organized, professional and is naturally very attentive and smart. She did above and beyond what I hired her for and that's what truly sets her apart from others. My package didn't include the bouquet pick up from my florist but Claudia called a few nights before and said It's on my way I'll pick it up for you. This and others things she went ahead and took iniciative to do in order to make my day less stressful. Plus being bilingual is great when you have half of your guests and vendors who only speak spanish. Thank you and your team for the hard work!
I had Enchanted Crown Events plan my Sweet 16 party and I could not have picked anyone better! Enchanted Crown Events is professional and helps you get the best possible prices! My party had between 100 and 120 people there and Claudia was able to accommodate everyone there with the highest possible standards. If I had not hired Claudia, my Sweet 16 would not have happened! She is great, nice and very professional and will always get the lowest prices available!
Enchanted Crown events was extremely professional and got me exactly what I wanted for a fraction of the price! By having my wedding on a Friday I saved over 30% of what I would have spent on a Saturday wedding. We even got a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon suite!
