Solo violinist for wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties, and any other event you need some string music. I am happy to tailor music and style according to your event and I have a HUGE repertoire of music! I'm trained in classical violin for over 20 years while gigging professionally for 15 years. In addition, I have experience with session work as well as live concerts with acts that come through the Bay Area (Smokey Robinson, Margaret Cho, Roger Rocha of 4 Non Blondes, Honey Mahogany of RuPaul's Drag Race). I've played in some of the Bay's finest music halls including The Great American Music Hall, The Castro Theatre, The Swedish American Music Hall, The Paramount Theater and Cafe Du Nord.
Erma was great to work with—she went along with my crazy plans for the event, and provided a beautiful rendition of Disney's "Under the Sea" for us :).

Erma was fantastic in playing a mix of pop and classical for my Father's wedding. She was very punctual, professional, and did an all-around stellar job. Not to mention she performed in 90-degree weather for 2+ hours at our afternoon event in sweltering August heat.

We hired Erma to play violin for our wedding pre-ceremony, ceremony and cocktail hour (2 hours of total performance time). Erma was professional, her song list is extensive (with both classics and contemporary hits), and she was happy to add two custom songs that we requested. Her attitude was always positive and she was lovely to work with.
She arrived on time and our guests raved about her beautiful music (especially the Game of Thrones theme during the cocktail hour!). I would definitely hire her again and would enthusiastically recommend her in the future.

Miss Erma Kyriakos delivered superior violin music for my daughters graduation dinner. She was very responsive to all of my concerns, i didnt have trouble reaching her and her song repertoire songs were very modern and fit beautifully to what i was expecting.
