Exhale Events LLC allows you to have all of your events needs accommodated in one place. Though we have an extensive list of services we personally offer our destination or Phoenix Metro Area event planning clients, we are also always happy to leverage our network of vendors to make your event perfect.
Day-of Coordination
The day-of coordination for an event looks entirely different for each event itself. We partner with you to understand how you would like your event to flow, then our careful planning brings that flow to life – coordinating with every vendor along the way.
Full Service Planning
Our planning begins with a session with you to ensure we understand precisely what you’re looking for with your event. From there, we share concept boards with you as we begin crafting your unique event. Once we’re aligned, we take over every aspect of your event planning and management, letting you breathe while we create an event that truly represents YOU.
Design
The design of each event should be completely unique to the event itself, which is where we blend your vision with our creativity to curate something truly special. Every small detail in an event’s design plays a large role in the overall atmosphere that is created – something we take seriously (while also having a lot of fun with).
Vendor Coordination
Coordinating vendors is something an event host shouldn’t be left to do themselves. It requires experience in understanding how an event should flow (before the event even begins) as well as strong relationships with the vendors themselves. We take care of all of the coordinating for you so you can simply enjoy your event!
Rental Coordination
Just as we coordinate with all of the vendors that are needed for your event, we also coordinate with any rentals your event needs. That includes finding the appropriate pick-up and drop-off times, and it also includes adhering to the rental contract on your behalf.
Contract Management
From your contract with us, to the rental companies, caterers, photographers, music, or any other vendor your event requires, we are happy to be the liaison that gives you the support you need at every step. We’re the event experts, after all.
Bar Services
We support all types of bar options (beer, wine, cash, or open bar) to perfectly compliment the event you are looking to create. With our experience in the industry, you can rest assured that the bar will be handled with the same professionalism you would expect in a brick and mortar.
Floral Arrangements
Flowers or foliage make any event that much more stunning when you and your guests arrive. We help you make a personalized statement with floral arrangements that are created specifically for you and your event.
Staffing
Every member of our staff is certified and trained to provide top-notch service. We are also insured, letting our clients rest assured that there will be no hiccups with their event.
Set Up/Tear Down
You can’t really sit back and enjoy your event if you are responsible for the set up and tear down… that will just prevent you from being able to be in the moment with your guests. With us handling the set up and tear down, you are able to actually feel like a guest at your event (as you should).

Meet Our Owners
Ally spent the last decade working in the event planning industry, where she leveraged her many years of restaurant industry experience to help her clients throw events, they thought they could only dream of. Among many things, the service industry teaches you how to genuinely listen to your clients’ needs, which helped Ally find success in pursuing her event planning passion early on. In 2016, Ally and the other half to Exhale Events, Natasha, officially started their business with an original focus on bartending at events. Since 2016, the list of services Exhale offers has grown as Ally invested in perfecting her craft and becoming an expert in full-service event planning and management.
Natasha also comes with an extensive background in the service industry, having spent over the last decade dedicating herself to each customer she had the pleasure of serving. Natasha often says that her goal is simply to make her customers’ day – however she can do that! Her passion has been in mixology and crafting cocktails, where she has been able to immerse herself into a great blend of creativity and customer service. Leaning into her genuine joy in serving others, Natasha brings passion, creativity, and expertise to Exhale Events – perfectly complimented with Ally’s skillset. Together, they plan and coordinate phenomenal events for their clients.
