Anthea is an award wining PR professional with 20 years’ experience leading corporate communications in the technology, manufacturing, and non profit sectors. Prior to running Exmplify, Anthea led Communications and Community Relations for 3M Canada, consulted to SAP and ServiceNow, and led Communications for fast-growing private firms and non-profits.
Anthea designs and teaches Communication courses for graduate programs, individual organizations and industry associations. She speaks to corporate teams and professional associations such as IABC and HRPA on topics including: Gendered Communication styles, Communication Bias, and Leadership Communication.
She believes strongly that companies have untapped talent in their under-represented employees. And that the best path forward for individuals, organizations and the planet is to elevate diverse voices.
