I was told at the last minute, that we needed a Balloon Arch for an event in three days. Less than 30 minutes after I requested a quote, Fabulous Creations responded to me and was bending over backwards to make our event work out. Unfortunately, at the last minute, my boss decided not to purchase a balloon arch, but Fabulous Creations completely deserved a review for the dedication they put in to helping us! Thank you very much and I know exactly who to call when I need Balloon Decor!
They worked through unforeseen challenges at our party venue like champions, were professional and showed up on-time. Provided decorations and extras, like cake & cupcake holders to ensure the party was a hit. Thank you!!!

Everything went as planned and on time. Couldn't have asked for more. I'm not thrilled by doing everything on line, I do like to know I'm dealing with a real entity but I eventually was able to talk to someone. All was good.

The price was good. Communications were timely. The cake wasn't as big as I'd imagined, so maybe be clear about exact size. Also, I thought the balloon centerpieces were each going to have 1 of 3 different toppers, but they were all the same. Again, maybe just be really clear about what you want/expect.
