We've used this vendor before, and all was great. But last night, on a contract booked from 4:30 to 9 p.m., the vendor was gone by 6:45 and did not speak to me or the main event coordinator before leaving the festival. We also did not have a message this morning (assuming the vendor experienced an issue or emergency).

Hi Darby, I cannot apologize enough for the miscommunication! I mistakenly had the event marked down as 4pm-7pm, I left at 7pm. I will be contacting you on the number provided to issue you a refund for the 2 hours lost or credit for 2 hours for a future event free of charge. This was my third year working this amazing event and I feel awful about the miscommunication, I intend to rectify the issue and thank you again!
