Welcome! Emulated but never replicated, Fairytale Princess Visits offers more than 20 years' experience in major theme park and corporate entertainment. Well-connected to the theater and arts communities within Pittsburgh - we are fortunate to draw from a talent pool of trusted talent who are working professionals in the arts who believe that believability and kindness is everything!

PERFORMANCE
We’ve found that the more parents/onlookers are invested, the more their children are invested - and the opposite is also true! Please treat your home/venue like a “Royal Place” allowing the performers to be heard as they give instructions and tell stories.

LIABILITY
We assume no responsibility or liability resulting from accidents/damage caused during your party by your guests to your property/venue. Our talent will attempt to ensure that your home/venue and guests are treated with care; however, liability lies strictly with the client. Liability also lies with the client for any damage caused to costumes and/or equipment by party guests or environmental factors at the party.

ALLERGIES
Although we’ve have had no occurrences of allergy issues to date, if the client opts to serve food or requests makeup application, face painting or other services, we advise the client to alert guests and/or their parents of these activities that may result in allergic reactions. Although the party hosts are there to entertain the guests, it is the responsibility of the client, and/or guests’ parents to
resolve behavioral problems or to care for children in the event of injury or illness.

TEMPERATURE
With respect to safety of our staff and costumes, actors should remain indoors when outdoor temperatures are below 70 degrees or exceed 80 degrees. Please make have a Rain Plan in place for outdoor events. We are happy to perform outdoors when weather permits,
on a case by case basis.

ADDITIONAL CHILDREN
Shared Experiences are designed for groups of 15 PARTICIPATING children. A 15% gratuity will be automatically added for parties with
16-20 participating children. Please do not exceed 20 children, to provide you and your guests with the best experience possible! Parties with more than 20 children REQUIRE a second character or Royal Assistant.

DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to reserve your event date.​ ​Deposits are refundable to the client only if we are unable to find a replacement for artist(s) that have fallen ill or if travel becomes hazardous due to severe weather. Please be courteous and contact us immediately if you must cancel any services reserved to you through this contract.

CANCELLATION & OVERTIME
Payment in full is due if an event is cancelled within 24 hours of its start time or if a client uses his/her artist for less than the amount of time agreed upon. Any overtime is $50 per hour, per Actor (and $25 each additional half-hour, per Actor).
