Kristin is incredibly talented with dragon staff. Her moves will blow you away. She even does FEET tricks with the staff, which is something I've never seen before and thought it was really impressive. She was easygoing and great to work with.
Price Range: $150-500
When I arrive I will set up an area for me to dip my prop in fuel that’s out of the way and safe. I will prepare my staff and light it on fire. The fire lasts about 3-4 mins each time. For an hour gig I will light up about 3 times because the staff needs time to cool down between burns.
I have lived on the island for about 13 years, I went to Hawaii Pacific University. Now I am a professional fire dancer. I have been spinning dragon staff for about 2.5 years. I really love it and I am continually improving my skills every day. I enjoy amazing people with my dancing. Getting into a flow state is such a great feeling and it really shows when I watch my videos back.
I dip the wicks on my staff in fuel before I start performing. Once it’s lit on fire the fire lasts about 3-4 mins each time. There needs to be about 5-10 mins between each dip/dance.
