My husband and I hired Flamingo for our wedding. BEST. DECISION. EVER. These are some of the coolest guys you will ever meet. Every one of them is so talented and incredibly classy. Jake is so kind and easy to work with. They worked with us on our song list, played some of their original songs(check out their album ‘The Flamboyance‘ if you haven’t already) and were even willing to learn some new music for our event. Our wedding would not have been complete without them. If you’re looking for a jazz band for any occasion, these are the guys!
Flamingo was an exemplary vendor in every regard for our gala event. They respond quickly, are willing to work with you throughout the process on pricing and logistics, communicate comfortably about all your asks, show up early and ready to go (with everything they need to play great music and a full ensemble), and look and sound amazing. They can play soft background music and they can fill the dance floor. We couldn't have been more happy with our band selection!
I've heard great things about Flamingo, and they absolutely exceeded all of them. From the initial conversation to the day of the event, Jake and the team were such a pleasure to work with. They kept such high energy throughout the set and guests couldn't help but get up and dance! With the caliber of performance, it's hard to believe they are local to Salt Lake and not straight from New Orleans. I have already booked multiple dates with them, and they can't come soon enough!

Flamingo currently plays weekly in front of a packed house in downtown SLC, and recently worked with the NBA for Allstar weekend.
We provide all needed sound equipment and are able to provide multiple systems if the event has more than 1 location.
