What is the cost of renting a flower wall or backdrop?

What size flower walls are available for rent?
Our flower walls come in a 4x8 or 8x8 option.

Can I customize the flower wall to match my event's color scheme or theme?
We offer customization! Customization does incur additional cost. Please reach out to us for a free quote.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?
Delivery is included within 25 miles of the offices of Flower Bombs Co. in Murfreesboro, TN. Includes drop off, pickup, and setup. Delivery outside that radius will incur an additional fee. 25-50 miles $35 flat rate. 50-100 miles $70 flat rate.
Please allow up to one hour prior to the event for set up.

How long can I rent the flower wall for?
Flower wall and backdrop rentals are per day.

Can I pick up/drop off the backdrops myself?
No, our flower walls and backdrops must be put up and taken down by The Flower Bombs Team, to ensure safety and proper installation.

What types of flowers are used in the flower wall?
We use high quality artificial silk flowers.

Is there a deposit required, and what is the cancellation policy?
Non-Refundable $100 deposit due at time of booking. Deposits reserve the date.

Do you offer options for attaching signage or logos to the flower wall?
Absolutely! Sign hanging services are included as part of the rental fee.

Can I visit your showroom to see the flower walls in person before renting?
Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom. We would be happy to make other arrangements to view our flower walls in person, subject to availability.

How far in advance should I book the flower wall for my event?
Booking timelines are important, especially during peak event seasons when demand for flower walls may be higher. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.

What is the care and maintenance required during the rental period?

Avoid Touching and Handling: Encourage event attendees to refrain from touching or handling the flower wall, as excessive contact can damage the flowers and decorations.
Keep Away from Water: Ensure that the flower wall is not exposed to water or any liquids. Moisture can cause the flowers to wilt or the adhesive holding the decorations to weaken.
Stay Clear of Open Flames: Keep the flower wall away from open flames, candles, or other sources of heat or fire to avoid damage or safety hazards.
No Smoking: If the event allows smoking, make sure it is done at a safe distance from the flower wall to prevent any potential damage from ash or embers.
Report Damage or Issues: If you notice any damage or issues with the flower wall during your event, notify us immediately. We may be able to provide a quick solution or replacement.

What happens in case of damage to the flower wall during the event?
Excessive Damages or misplacement of valuable items will be billed to the contracting party at the market rate within 10 business days of the event.

Are there any restrictions on where the flower wall can be placed at the event venue?
Flower Bombs Co. and/or anyone acting on behalf of the company has final approval on all prop & backdrop placement.
Items need to be placed on even and flat surfaces. It is recommended placement near a wall for stability & protection against the wind.
