Full Measure Carolers

The office had a great time with the Carolers. Everyone enjoyed themselves! We’d definitely have then again.

I booked a surprise event for a family member. The event occurred without me being in attendance, but I have been told the group did a fantastic job. My only complaint was on the business end. Full Measure Carolers do not answer their phone, recording says VM box is full so could leave a message. Could only communicate via email and that was not very timely. Because I was out of the country (9 hr time difference) timeliness was important. Also 800 numbers don’t work outside of the country. This all conspired to make things unnecessarily difficult.
In the end it all worked out and the signers did a great job.

Wonderful singers, and they listened to me and understood very well when I wanted them to sing or wanted them to wait in between the games we were playing. That was very important to us.

We would not use this service again nor would we recommend it. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I feel this feedback is needed. Our singers were not youthful or high energy as advertised with the Frostbite group. Instead, we had an older group with very little energy that looked much different from the picture - they were not the right singers for our demographic.

We were unable to hear them from even a few feet away. We gave them a mic to use when we realized that they were unable to project their voices and they refused to use it the first time I offered it. It sounded as though they were just singing to each vs. an audience. Mind you, we had them sing during dinner so the room was not very loud due to people eating. The second time I insisted they use it and they held it so far from their mouth that it defeated the purpose all together.

Instead of adding to our party, we felt they took away from high energy festive event, so I released them early. They were also almost 45 minutes late, which I would have excused but the singing was not good and I feel we wasted our money.

If you see the picture below...you will notice the group looked much different than the picture in the advertisement for the Frostbit group.

It was great having the group provide live entertainment during our registration. It got a little hectic at times - but they kept on singing and were very professional.

The Full Measure Carolers are so professional, friendly, flexible and fun! They came early and sang beautifully on our daughter's 1st Birthday. We received a lot of compliments from our guests after their performance. We definitely recommend them for any event. My only comment was 'too expensive". $318 for 1/2 hr. is over $60 p.h. That is way over our budget, but
a couple of sisters chipped in individually, so we made it.
Also, when I first contacted GigSalad, I was told there would be a discount because of our 501 C3 tax designation; however, no reference was ever made again.

We had you booked and paid in full for last Saturday, Dec. 16, for our church Christmas Dinner. As of today, Tuesday Dec. 19, no one has returned my call or email or contacted me at all. I am very disappointed especially as I just read reviews that you sang the very next day at another venue - so apparently no huge emergency to kept you all away. Waiting for my refund.

Our group, Dickens' Carolers were the absolute best. Their selections and execution was amazing! We had about 50 guests that are very important to us and Full Measure didn't let us down. As a note, though our party was a Christmas Party, it was also a surprise birthday party for my wife. They did a rendition of "We wish you a Happy Birthday" on the spot! They were wonderful! Thanks so Much!

Such s great treat for our friends everyone really enjoyed their singing and Victorian attire . Professional joyful truly magical ! I would invite the Carolers back to our next Christmas Party in a heart beat !

This amazing and talented group was the hit of my Christmas Party this year! They added a first class, perfect touch to the Season and my friends absolutely loved it! Not only were they great carolers, they had great character and style. I would definitely have them again!

We had a great time listening and interacting with the Full Measure Carolers. They were a hit with adults and children alike. This is the second time they come and we never get tired of them.

The four carolers entertained a small house party and they were wonderful. Their voices projected, they sang a variety of songs and looked like they were having as much fun as we were listening to them.

Full Measure Carolers came to sing Christmas carols on the Civic Center Plaza as part of California Ballet's Nutcracker experience.The carolers were amazing and drew in patrons and people passing by on the street. The audience was singing along, they wanted pictures with the group and I saw nothing but smiles. The group was on time, extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this group for any event you may have.I look forward to working with them for many years to come!

We had our annual Christmas party and this time we decided to do something different by hiring Christmas Carolers. We are so happy we did! They did a great job and everyone enjoyed it so much.

We just threw a holiday party at home and Full Measure did a surprise showing, complete with cool outfits and Christmas caroler favorites that really pleased my crowd. Excellent quality voices. Excellent communication before the event.

Our carolers were absolutely fantastic. I needed them for 30 minutes before a meeting. They arrived well before the appointed time, were ready to sing on time and prepared a wonderful program of songs and sing-a-longs. Their personalities were upbeat and fun. My group of 30 women thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Thank you.
