Gator Nation Band, formerly known as Gator Beat, the West Coast’s premiere Cajun, Zydeco, and New Orleans R&B band, is a hand-clapping, foot-stomping, high energy concert and dance band. With the same survival instinct as its namesake, Gator Nation continues to adapt itself to its audiences, always with something fresh yet true to its calling. That calling is to represent the music of South Louisiana in all its forms, Cajun, Zydeco, and New Orleans style. They have the talent and diversity to do so, to express the nuances that define the genres. The result is a remarkable show with so much variety and depth that at the end of the it, GNB leaves you happy and hollerin’ “Gimme Some Mo'!"
I hired this band for my nieces backyard graduation party. The majority of the party guest were 18 or under and I was concerned this style of music might not be a hit with them. WAS I WRONG!! The Kids LOVED them, as did the entire party. Ages ran from age 8 to 80, and the whole party dance, sang and generally loved them. The music made the atmosphere. The band came early for setup, they were professional and very prepared. I felt like we were in the hands of true professionals. Can't wait to have them back again for another fun night, this time for the whole night!
You all were fantastic and all 48 of us were provided with a extremely fun time at our family reunion!

When my fiance asked me what kind of band I wanted for our wedding, without hesitation, I said Zydeco! This is the most fun music in existence. Gator Nation Band did not disappoint. They play music you can't help dancing to. The crowd loved the music and the band kept the energy high. I would hire them again in a second. Thanks for helping to make our wedding even more memorable!
I want to thank Gator Nation for being at our event. Our group included people from France, Switzerland, Hungary, Austria, and Americans from all parts of the United States. Everyone was complimenting me for getting such a wonderful band. They are so much fun and even sing in French. You cannot help but dance, young and old. It was the best time for everyone. I can't wait to hire them again. So much fun
