Overview
It's Hannah Glass, of course! I am classically trained, but I also play by ear. I have 10+ years experience performing professionally in pop, rock, jazz, classical, and folk genres. Cocktail Hour Piano (with or without vocals) is one of my specialties. Violin is my other specialty, whether it be as a Strolling Pop Violinist improvising with backing tracks at your winery event, violin/piano duo for your wedding day, or violin/guitar Celtic duo at the pub. For alternative vibes, I also play hypnotizing looping/ambient violin. From Debussy to Beatles to Chappell Roan to Journey to Ella Fitzgerald to Django Reinhardt, I got you covered.

What to Expect
No fuss! Good times, good musicianship, good communication. Friendly and professional.
My most prepared set is a good 3 hours of cocktail music on the piano - pop, rock, folk, jazz, classical. 90s, 80s, 70s, modern pop included. Even more fun if I get to sing as well. My sound has been compared to Regina Spekter, Fiona Apple, Lady Gaga, Andrew Bird. On a dime I can show up and be everything you ever needed - I can help prepare a special arrangement for your wedding processional months in advance, or I can be called upon last minute to save the day (which I love!). Your favorite violinist's favorite violinist.
About
Hannah Glass has been sharing her talents in the SF Bay Area since 2010, recently moved to Long Beach, CA. She has performed at the Sydney Opera House, Hollywood Bowl, Disneyland, UC Berkeley's Zellerbach Hall, and more. At UC Berkeley she directed award-winning DeCadence Acappella and studied Baroque violin and viola, graduating with a BA in Music. Glass has toured with EDM Trap artist TroyBoi and plays cabaret music with The Voice's Kat Robichaud. She also records and performs indie rock with SF bands such as Manos Lindas and Your Fearless Leader, and she releases ambient music under the name Glass Transition. Hannah has been a Rap Analyst at Pandora Radio for 6 years, and welcomes her return to Classical music on the board of the Southern California Philharmonic.
Additional Booking Notes
Depending on the setup, all I need is your grand piano and a microphone to your PA system.
For violin background music, I supply the amp and you supply the power.
